STRAWBERRY JAM 
4 c. crushed strawberries
7 c. sugar
1 pouch Certo fruit pectin

Thoroughly mix sugar and fruit in saucepan. Pan must not be more than 1/3 full, to allow room for full rolling boil. Bring fruit to full rolling boil. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat immediately. Stir in Certo fruit pectin, then skim off foam, with metal spoon.

Ladle into hot jars, filling to within 1/8 inch wipe jar rims with clean damp cloth. At once cover jars with hot lids. Process in water bath for 5 minutes. Let cool.
