JEWISH APPLE CAKE | |
3 c. flour 2 c. sugar 3 tsp. baking powder 1 c. oil (not corn oil) 4 eggs 1/2 c. orange juice 4 sliced apples coated in sugar & cinnamon Mix all but apples on medium for 5 minutes. Grease and flour tube pan; pour in 1/2 batter and 1/2 apple mixture. Pour remaining batter and cover with remaining apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. |
