FUDGE BROWNIES 
3/4 c. egg substitute
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 8 inch square baking pan with no- stick cooking spray. In large mixing bowl, combine egg substitute, oil, and vanilla. In medium mixing bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Add dry ingredients to liquid, stirring with spoon until dry ingredients are moistened. Spread batter in prepared pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 to 28 minutes. Cool and cut into 2 inch squares. Make 16 brownies.
