FAST AND EASY BROWNIES FOR DIABETICS | |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour an 8 inch square pan. 1 oz. baking chocolate 1/3 c. vegetable oil 1/2 c. granulated sugar replacement 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. cake flour (sifted) 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt In double boiler melt chocolate with oil. Remove from heat and beat in sugar replacement, eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt until well blended. Pour batter into well greased 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cut into 2 inch squares. |
