WEIGHT WATCHERS SALAD 
1 head cauliflower
8 oz. diced hard cheese
2 stalks celery
2 carrots
1 med. onion
1/2 green pepper
2 c. frozen peas, cooked 5 minutes

Dice vegetables and mix with low calorie creamy cucumber dressing to taste. Makes 8 servings.
