HONEY BARS 
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. honey
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

GLAZE:

1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix well first 4 ingredients. Then add dry ingredients. Stir all together well. Pat down dough with hand in an 11x16 inch ungreased pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Glaze as soon as bars come out of oven. Cut while slightly warm.
