JELLO SALAD 
1 sm. box lemon Jello
1 c. cut celery
1 c. pineapple juice
1 tbsp. crushed pineapple
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. whip cream
1/2 c. nuts
12 maraschino cherries, cut up

Pour pineapple juice in pan and heat. Dissolve Jello in it; add vinegar and sugar to it. Let cool until it starts to thicken, then add celery, nuts, crushed pineapple, and cherries. Then whip cream cheese until smooth, then add whip cream and beat until it thickens. Add cheese and cream mixture to Jello mixture, then pour in mold.
