PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. cooked & drained macaroni, any kind
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped cucumber
2 chopped fresh tomatoes
1 can Spam, cut in strips
1/2 lb. chunked cheddar cheese
Italian dressing
Creamy Italian dressing

Cook and drain macaroni. Stir in enough Italian dressing to coat well. Cover and put in refrigerator. When ready to serve, add chopped vegetables, meat and cheese. Add enough creamy Italian dressing to mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover top with red onion rings.
