CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. catsup
1/3 c. fine bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Plain pastry
4 oz. American cheese, shredded
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine first 6 ingredients, 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Prepare pastry to line one 8 inch pie plate. Fill with meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Toss cheese with Worcestershire sauce; sprinkle a top pie. Bake 10 minutes more. Remove from oven; let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 6.
