LEMON BAR SQUARES 
CRUST:

2 sticks butter
2 1/4 c. plain flour, sifted
4 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts

FILLING:

4 eggs, well beaten
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
8 tbsp. real-lemon

CRUST: Mix all ingredients with hands and pat in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes (or until lightly browned).

FILLING: Mix all ingredients well, adding lemon juice last. Pour over crust and bake additional 20 to 30 minutes. Will brown some on top. If browning too fast, lower temperature and cover with foil for a few minutes. Let cook and cut in squares. Sprinkle confectioners' sugar on top.
