IRISH COFFEE 
1 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 oz. Irish whiskey
Hot coffee
Whipped cream

Make in individually in Irish coffee glasses, or 8 ounce goblets. In the glass put sugar and whiskey. Stir to dissolve the sugar. Leave the spoon in the glass and fill the glass with hot coffee. Remove the spoon. Float whipped cream on top. If Irish Mist is used omit the sugar.
