JILL'S UNCOOKED PEACH PIE 
CRUST:

1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. milk

GLAZE:

1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 pkg. strawberry Jello

CRUST: Combine ingredients with fork and press into pie pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350-400 degrees. When crust is cool, fill with peaches, pile high in middle.

GLAZE: Combine ingredients, cook until boiling. Add 1/2 package Jello (strawberry preferred). Let glaze cool, pour over peaches. Top with whipped cream or ice cream.
