LOW CALORIE LEMON-CHEESE FLUFF | |
1 pkg. sugar-free lemon gelatin 8 oz. carton cottage cheese 4 oz. carton sour cream 2 egg whites 3 tbsp. lemon juice Prepare D'Zerta according to package directions. Chill until partially set. Puree together cottage cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice until completely smooth. Set aside. Whip egg whites until frothy, but not stiff. Set aside. Put partially set D'Zerta in blender. Whip until light and fluffy. Gradually fold in cottage cheese puree and egg whites. Put mixture in a 13 x 9 inch pan. Refrigerate until set. Makes 12 servings. To serve cut 4 x 3. 1 serving 1/12 = 3 g protein, 3 g fat. Exchange = 1/2 meat. |
