CHICKEN SALAD 
3-4 chicken breasts, cooked & chopped
1 c. celery
2 boiled eggs
1 can water chestnuts
1 c. grapes, seedless red, preferable
1/4-1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
1/2-1 c. pecans, optional

Dress with mayonnaise or Miracle Whip. Salt if needed. I cook my chicken in water with chicken bouillon and it seldom needs salt.
