GAZPACHO SOUP 
FOR 2 PEOPLE:

1 1/2 c. V-8 juice
1 beef bouillon cube

Boil above.

1 tomato, chopped
1/4 c. cucumber, chopped
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. salad oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 drops Tabasco sauce

FAMILY SERVING SIZE:

1 lg. can V-8 juice
4 cubes beef bouillon

Boil above.

4 tomatoes, chopped
1 lg. cucumber, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. salad oil
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
12 drops Tabasco sauce

Boil the V-8 and beef bouillon cubes and cool before adding remaining ingredients. Cut up vegetables in small (bite size) pieces. Refrigerate several hours. Serve cold. Will keep up to 4 days in refrigerator. Also try these variations of vegetables: scallions, summer squash, green pepper, zucchini and celery.
