CREAM CHEESE MINTS 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
color and flavor as desired
2-1/2 c. powdered sugar
granulated sugar

Beat cream cheese until soft, add color and flavor. Gradually beat in powdered sugar. Knead the mixture until of a pie dough consistency. (A soft or firmer candy can be made by adding or decreasing sugar.)

Pinch off a small piece, form into small marble sized ball and roll in granulated sugar. Press candy into a soft rubber mold and shape. Remove excess and unmold at once onto waxed paper.

Make 40 to 50 mints.

These can also be made into small balls, rolled in sugar, placed on waxed paper, flatten with fork.
