PORK AND RED CHILE STIR - FRY 
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless pork, cut into thin slices
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut green beans, defrosted
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. Chinese sesame oil
1 tsp. rice wine vinegar

Heat oil in a nonstick pan. Add pork strips and garlic; cook stirring, until lightly browned. Add green beans; stir fry about 5 minutes, until beans and pork are tender. Push meat and beans to one side of the pan. Add remaining ingredients; cook, stirring to coat meat and beans, for 30 seconds. Serves 4.
