PORK AND RED CHILE STIR FRY 
1 lb. boneless pork loin, sliced
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic
1/2 lb. snow peas
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. rice vinegar

Stir-fry pork and garlic. Add snow peas, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes. Push pork and peas to one side, add remaining ingredients. Stir to mix. Stir pork and peas with mixture. Serve with rice. 280 calories per serving - 11g. fat/serving.
