FREEZER CORN 
35 to 40 ears of corn, husked & cut off cob
1 lb. butter
1 pt. Half & Half
4 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. sugar

Combine all ingredients in large roaster. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Stir occasionally. Cool in 2 cake pans floating in cold water. Yield: 12 (2 cup) bags.
