COCONUT CREAM CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 tbsp. oil
1 1/3 c. milk
4 oz. coconuts
Cream of coconut (be sure it is coconut cream, not milk) bought at liquor store
Cool Whip
Extra coconut

Mix first 5 ingredients. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan or two (9 inch) round pans at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool slightly. Poke holes all over cake. Pour 1/2 to 3/4 can coconut cream over cake and cool completely. Frost with Cool Whip and extra coconut.
