CLASSIC CHICKEN ALA KING 
1/4 c. butter, melted
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
2 c. diced cooked chicken
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped pimento

Blend butter and flour; slowly add broth and milk. Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat until thick. Add rest of ingredients and heat through. Serve over toast points or popovers.
