2 lbs. ground beef 2 lbs. ground pork 3/4 c. sweet cream 2 eggs 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1 med. onion Salt & pepper & nutmeg to taste Mix the above and form into balls. Fry in cast iron skillet with shortening to cover the bottom of pan. Fry for 15 minutes. Then bake in drippings for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. |
