STRAWBERRY SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
3 med. bananas, mashed with fork
1 c. chopped pecans
1 pt. sour cream

Mix strawberries, Jello, pineapple, bananas, and nuts in a large bowl (Jello is first mixed with hot water). Pour half of this mixture into an oblong dish and put into refrigerate to set. After firm, spread the top with sour cream and then gently pour on the rest of gelatin to the Jello when you make it.
