SUNDAY MORNING COFFEE CAKE 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. milk
3 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

4 tbsp. flour
4 tsp. cinnamon
4 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar

Combine ingredients in bowl. Stir until well blended. Pour half of batter into 9x13 inch cake pan. Sprinkle all but 1/4 cup topping mix on batter. Pour remaining batter over top. Top with remaining topping. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
