SATIN PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE | |
3 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter 2/3 c. evaporated milk 1 1/2 c. chunky (or smooth) peanut butter 1 jar (7 1/2 oz.) marshmallow creme 1 tsp. vanilla Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a 3 quart glass casserole or bowl. Microwave on high uncovered for 5 1/2-6 1/2 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil. Stir once or twice. Microwave uncovered for 3 minutes longer, stirring occasionally. If necessary occasionally stop cooking to prevent mixture from boiling over. Remove from oven. Stir in peanut butter until melted. |
