SATIN PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. chunky (or smooth) peanut butter
1 jar (7 1/2 oz.) marshmallow creme
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a 3 quart glass casserole or bowl. Microwave on high uncovered for 5 1/2-6 1/2 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil. Stir once or twice. Microwave uncovered for 3 minutes longer, stirring occasionally. If necessary occasionally stop cooking to prevent mixture from boiling over. Remove from oven. Stir in peanut butter until melted.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
