SALMON PUFF 
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
4 slices bread, torn into pieces
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
2 eggs, separated
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Paprika

Mix butter, milk, bread; stir in salmon, egg yolks, lemon juice, onion, salt and pepper. Beat egg whites until tiff; fold into salmon mixture. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole; sprinkle with paprika. Cook uncovered in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.

MICROWAVE: Use round glass casserole; don't grease. Microwave uncovered until top is dry and set, 5 to 7 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
