3/4 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 eggs
1 c. cut up cooked smoked ham
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 green onions, sliced
1 med. tomato coarsely chopped
3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8x8 square baking dish. Mix baking mix, milk, salt, mustard, parsley, pepper, and eggs in dish with fork until batter is of uniform color. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bake uncovered until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 45 minutes. Yield: 4-6 servings.
