MOBSTER LOBSTER | |
1 lobster tail (cut into bite-sized pieces) 1/4 lb. butter 1/2 lb. shrimp (cleaned, devined & cut in 1/2) 3-4 cloves garlic 1-1 1/2 c. chopped fresh spinach 1 c. cooked cheese tortellini Pan fry lobster (little or no oil). When done - add butter. Saute. Add shrimp and garlic. Cook until shrimp is done. Add spinach. Saute until spinach is done. Add cooked tortellini. Toss. Serve hot. Serves 3-4. Compliments of QVC. |
