1 lg. pkg. of lime Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 grated cucumber (1 1/2 c.) strained
1 or 1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
2 c. sour cream

Boil water and add to Jello. Chill until mushy then beat in sour cream. Chill for five more minutes, then fold in cucumber and pineapple. Chill. This salad works very well in a jello mold.
