CHOCOLATE CHIP PIE 
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted and cooled
1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 (9 inch) pastry pie crust, unbaked

Place eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla, and cooled melted butter in bowl and beat together. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Pour mixture into unbaked pie crust. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 1 hour or until filling is set. Cool before serving. May be garnished with whipped cream, if desired.
