BREAKFAST PIZZA | |
1 lb. pork sausage 8 oz. can crescent dinner rolls 1 c. frozen loose-pack hash brown potatoes, thawed 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 5 eggs 1/4 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Cook sausage until brown and drain off excess fat. Separate crescent roll dough into 8 triangles. Place triangles on an ungreased 12 inch pizza pan with points toward the center. Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust. Seal any perforations. Top with crumbled sausage, hash brown potatoes and Cheddar cheese. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl and beat until thoroughly mixed. Pour mixture over crust and toppings. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 6 to 8. |
