CHICKEN PARMESAN 
3/4 c. (3 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 chicken breasts, halved and skinned
1/2 c. 2 percent lowfat milk

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In medium bowl, combine cheese, crumbs and seasonings. Dip each chicken piece in milk, then roll in crumb mixture to completely cover. Place in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray. Bake for 50 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
