PEEL - A - POUND SOUP 
1 head cabbage, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
6 med. to large onions, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
2 to 3 cans tomatoes (with juice)
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Mix together in large pot and barely cover vegetables with water. Add seasonings to your taste such as, bay leaves, thyme, parsley, etc., salt and pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender. Very good for lunches to lose weight. Practically no calories.
