PICKLED MUSHROOMS 
2 1/2 lbs. mushrooms
3/4 c. oil
1 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. pickling spice
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. water
3/4 tsp. salt

Wash and drain mushrooms. Combine all ingredients in pot. Bring to boil. Simmer 10 minutes.
