FOUR LAYER DESSERT 
2 c. flour
2 sticks butter
2/3 to 1 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
3 boxes instant pudding
4 c. milk

Mix together flour, butter and chopped nuts. Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool. Blend cream cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar; spread on top of baked crust. Blend instant pudding and milk until slightly thick. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts.
