ZUCCHINI SOUP 
1 lg. squash, scrape out seeds & grate
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. Season-All or Accent
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 c. water

WHITE SAUCE:

3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. Accent
Salt & pepper
1 c. half & half

Add ingredients to grated zucchini and cover with water. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Make the White Sauce and add to zucchini. If too thick, add more half and half.
