CRANBERRY SALAD 
3 oz. pkg. raspberry Jello
16 oz. can Ocean Spray whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 med. apple, diced
1/2 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drain and reserve juice

Bring just to a boil the pineapple juice, 1/2 cup water and 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Add to gelatin. Break up cranberry sauce and add to gelatin mixture. Cool and refrigerate until it begins to set. Add remaining ingredients and pour into mold. Refrigerate until set.
