SUPER SUBS 
1/4 c. butter, soft
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 (14 inch) loaf unsliced French or Italian bread
2 tomatoes, sliced thin
1 onion, sliced thin
6 oz. Mozzarella, sliced thin
6 oz. Italian dry salami or pepperoni, sliced thin

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine first five ingredients. Divide bread into 1 1/2 to 2-inch slices (do not cut through on bottom). Spread butter mixture on every other slice.

Arrange tomatoes, onion, cheese, and salami in every slice. Bake until cheese melts.
