SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
4 c. bread, broken fine
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. melted butter
2 1/2 c. crushed pineapple (1 can) with juice

Beat eggs slightly; add milk, sugar, pineapple, and bread. Mix with melted butter. Pour into greased bowl and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve hot with ham or cold with whipped cream for dessert.
