CAJUN STYLE RIBS 
4 1/2 lb. country style pork ribs
1 onion, sliced in rings
1 jar hot pepper jelly
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lg. bottle Heinz 57 sauce

Boil ribs with salt and pepper for 30 minutes. Drain and arrange in long baking dish. Top with onion rings and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven and drain.

In saucepan, melt jelly and add Heinz 57 sauce. Heat through and pour over ribs. Bake another hour, basting often.
