OATMEAL CARMELITAS 
2 c. flour
2 c. quick oatmeal
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. butter, melted
2 c. milk chocolate chunks or chips
1 1/2 c. caramel sauce
6 tbsp. flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, baking soda, salt and melted butter until crumbly. Press 1/2 mixture into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with chocolate and nuts. Blend caramel and 6 tablespoons flour and pour over chocolate and nuts. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 mixture over caramel sauce.

Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
