PEA AND CARROT CASSEROLE 
1 can English peas
1 can carrots
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can fried onion rings

Drain liquid from peas and carrots. Place in casserole. Add cream of mushroom soup. Stir and place in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Take out and cover with canned onion rings. Return to oven for 10 minutes more. Serves 4 or 5.
