ZUCCHINI GROUND VEAL ITALIAN 
1 lb. ground veal
1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/4 c. red wine
4 med. zucchini, thinly sliced
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 3/4 c. Mozzarella, shredded
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs

Brown veal in a skillet. Combine tomato sauce, wine, zucchini, oregano, basil and garlic salt. Simmer about 10 minutes. Add to veal. Layer veal mixture and Mozzarella in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan and bread crumbs. Heat in a 350 degree oven until cheese is melted.
