LOBSTER STEW 
1 (1 lb.) cooked lobster
2 c. can milk
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
Dash of pepper

Remove meat from lobster shell; cut into cubes. Melt butter in heavy saucepan; add lobster meat and cook slowly for 5 minutes, or until the butter is slightly pink. Add the milks and seasonings; heat to a boiling point, but DO NOT BOIL.
