LOW-CAL EGGNOG 
1 1/2 c. egg substitute
2 tbsp. liquid sweetener or honey
2 tbsp. vanilla
Equals 3 c. plus (1 can nonfat evaporated milk plus 1 more can skim milk)
1 tbsp. brandy extract (optional)
Dash nutmeg

Whip together egg substitute and sweetener, add rest of ingredients. 75 calories per serving, 1 gram fat.
