CHICKEN TORTILLA CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chicken broth
1 can chopped green chilies, drained (small can)
2 cans Campbells Nacho cheese soup
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Cooked chopped chicken from 4 to 5 breasts (use more or less as desired or turkey)
5 c. broken tortilla chips (any flavor more or less as you like)
1 jar salsa

Saute onion and celery in broth. Pour into large bowl, mix in chilies, soup, cheese, chicken and chips. Turn into "Pam'ed" 9 x 13 casserole dish. Spread salsa over top. Sprinkle with more cheese over top. Bake uncovered 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with sour cream.
