PINEAPPLE LAYER CAKE 
1 box Jiffy yellow cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. milk
1 sm. pkg. vanilla pudding mix
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix cake mix according to directions and cook in 9 x 13 inch pan. Let cool completely. Blend 8 ounce cream cheese with 2 cups milk until sloppy.

Mix cream cheese mixture with package of vanilla pudding. Spread this on top of cooled cake. Then spread Cool Whip. Sprinkle crushed pineapple and nuts over top.
