MOLDED CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. canned cranberry sauce
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. whipped cream

Dissolve Jello in water, add cranberry, beat until smooth. Add nuts and pineapples. Chill in refrigerator until firm. The mayonnaise and whip cream may be folded in before chilling or blended for a topping at serving time. Any topping may be used, but it is very good plain.
