3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. water
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and make a well. Pour separately mixed liquids in the well and mix well with a spoon. Pour into greased 9 x 12 cake pan. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
