1 sm. head lettuce
1 c. chopped celery
3 green onions, chopped
1/4 c. toasted almond slivers
1 tbsp. parsley
1 can mandarin oranges, drained

DRESSING:

1/4 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
Dash Tabasco
2 tbsp. sugar
Freshly ground pepper

Combine dressing ingredients, mix well and chill. Tear lettuce and place in large bowl. Add other ingredients. Just before serving add dressing and toss.
